PS Proseminar Linguistics 2: English intonation

Developed and taught an introductory seminar on intonational phonology. Students were introduced to fundamental concepts in intonational research (pitch accents, edge tones, declination, etc.), practiced the annotation of corpus data using the ToBI (Tones and Breaks Indices) framework, and produced an end-of-term research paper on a chosen topic applying the skills gained during the semester.
